My son is currently 27mos and has no mobility. Well he can stretch out his arms and legs to a certain extent and bring them into a fetal position somewhat, but other then that I do everything for him even down to feeding him. And now I'm going to be expecting another child in mid-August. How do other mother's cope and deal with life like this?

I wish I could relate, but I can not. I do want to say that you a truly special person and your son as he gets older will love you more for all the things you do for him. Remember God will not give so much that you can not handle.
