3. If you are donating a gift certificate will you honor just U.S. residents, Canadian or Both
4. A picture of the product or a 468X60 banner.
5. The company you represent
- You will receive an email with the following: Confirmation that your email has been received and the address to send the product or gift certificate.
- Once the product or Gift Certificate is received, you will receive an email stating that your item has been received.
- You will be notified by email - stating the month your item will be listed.
