 Rating:  - Ugg boots It was a pleasure to work with this company. The first pair of boots came too big for my daughter and we had to send them back. So we didn't have to wait a so long for the replacement boots, the customer service rep explained how to do an expedited return. We had the replacement boots in 2 days (before Christmas) and my daughter is thrilled with her Ugg boots. Rating: - Awesome boots!I love these boots. They are so comfortable! I have issues with my feet but these are shoes that never hurt my feet. I love them! Rating: - So warm and comfy!I love these boots. Living in maine I wanted warm boots and so far my feet have been toasty warm in very cold temps. I wear a size 11 and did buy a 10 and they fit great. Read More Rating: - There is a reason to buy UGGThe boots are ALIVE. When I put my foot inside, the shearling wrapped around and through my toes and foot. Wonderful! Even a half size too small, I didn't want to take them off. Needless to say, I returned them. I did not reorder the long boot because if you have big legs, your pants won't fit inside. I am going to order the Ultimate Short Boot so that my pants will fit over them. As always, AMAAZON service is great.
