Rating: - Not happy with this one
Sorry to report we threw this unit out three months after installation. It was connected to our computer and worked fine until one day it would not turn on despite all efforts. We removed, reset, plugged elswhere it just died. It wasn't worth the time and expense to repackage, bring to P.O. and be without a circuit breaker for an expensive computor.

Rating: - Works Great
This power strip does what it says it does - it helps save some electricty while keeping your equipment going. It was very easy to set up and use (and I am not that good with thos kind of things) and it is a good way to help save some money and the environment. Nice job.

Rating: - Solid product, even more solid company. Caveats for iMac/Laptop owners.
I had to make an exchange for a "generation 3" model, in order to get it work with an iMac. After that, it's great. The company Bits LTD really stands behind this product.

Thus, all my little warm transformers for speakers, docks, hubs and other accessories are a thing of the past. This power strip auto-senses when the computer sleeps, and turns other stuff off also. Rating: - Just what I needed.
Our TV in the bedroom has a sleep timer but our stereo and DVD Player do not. We like to go to sleep watching / listening to Science and Nature DVDs, but we really couldn't because the DVD menu / sound would play until we turned them off.

Problem solved. Worked great right out of the box without any hassle. We plan to buy another for the living room home theater set up.
